Regional Mexicano Duo Los Gemelos De Sinaloa Release New Single “Me La Paso” Through Desvelada Records

Los Gemelos De Sinaloa have released their latest single “Me La Paso” today via Desvelada Records and Cinq Music Group. The track marks the duo’s first release following their 2025 album Bendecido and continues their work within the contemporary Regional Mexican movement. Brothers Juan Moisés and Roberto Cárdenas deliver a corrido that explores themes of perseverance, family guidance, and the determination required to navigate obstacles whilst pursuing opportunity.

The single builds on the momentum generated by Bendecido, which blended Regional Mexican, cumbia, urban, and bachata influences across its tracklist. That project landed on more than ten playlists during its release week, with lead single “Te Adoro” becoming a fan favourite and standout tracks “AMOR” and “Andamos Mejor” continuing to appear on Apple Music charts. The duo’s approach to “Me La Paso” maintains their commitment to authentic storytelling whilst showcasing their evolving sound within the sierreño-driven style that has defined their catalogue.

“Me La Paso” traces a narrative rooted in lived experience. The track reflects the long nights of hard work, the guidance received from family, and the push forward despite setbacks. It’s a story told through vivid detail and emotional delivery, characteristics that have become signatures of the duo’s work. The brothers draw from their own journey, one that began in local markets alongside mariachi musicians in Paramount, California, and has grown into a career marked by RIAA-certified hits and widespread recognition across streaming platforms and radio.

Catalogue Built on Certified Success and Authentic Storytelling

Los Gemelos De Sinaloa have steadily constructed a reputation through consistent output and emotional resonance. Their catalogue includes a series of RIAA-certified hits that demonstrate their reach within the genre. The 17x Platinum smash “Andamos Mejor” sits alongside the 12x Platinum hit “Ahora Todo Es Diferente” and the Diamond-certified anthem “No Le Aflojo”. Additional certified singles include the Platinum hit “Amarte Me Hizo Odiarte”, the 3x Platinum track “Fxck”, the 2x Platinum fan favourite “Si Me Ven”, and the Gold-certified single “Agradecido”.

These certifications reflect more than commercial success. They signal a connection with audiences who respond to the duo’s honest narratives and grounded perspective. The brothers write and perform material that speaks to real experiences, avoiding the polished distance that can sometimes separate artist from listener. Their vocal style, influenced by artists like Gerardo Ortiz, carries the traditional sound of Sinaloa whilst remaining accessible to newer generations discovering Regional Mexican music.

The duo’s identity is shaped by their upbringing. Born in Paramount, California to a family with deep roots in Sinaloa, Mexico, Juan Moisés and Roberto Cárdenas were immersed in music from an early age. Their mother provided their first singing lessons and instilled a love for the tradition. That formative experience at a local market, performing alongside mariachi musicians, set the foundation for everything that followed. It confirmed that music would be their path, and they have since developed their talent as composers and instrumentalists, both mastering the guitar and building a style that balances sentiment with authenticity.

Upcoming Performances in Southern and Northern California

Los Gemelos De Sinaloa will bring their music to the stage later this month with two performances across California. On 20th March, they will perform at Dignity Health Arena in Bakersfield as part of the Reunión De Los Grandes lineup. The concert features an all-star bill including Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Julio Preciado, Herencia de Patrones, and Kane Rodriguez, placing the duo among some of the most recognised names in Regional Mexican music. The following day, 21st March, they will play at La Vaca en Brasas in Stockton.

These performances offer the duo an opportunity to connect with audiences in person, translating the emotional delivery of their recordings into live settings. The Bakersfield show in particular positions them alongside established acts, a reflection of their growing presence within the genre. For fans who have followed their work through streaming platforms, these concerts provide a chance to experience the brothers’ vocal chemistry and stage presence directly.

Representing a New Generation Whilst Honouring Tradition

Los Gemelos De Sinaloa represent a generation of Regional Mexican artists who embrace both tradition and innovation. They carry the essence of sierreño and modern corridos whilst remaining connected to the roots that shaped their musical identity. Their lyrics are honest and emotive, narrating stories of love, loyalty, effort, and overcoming challenges, always from a humble perspective that stays close to real life. This approach has allowed them to consolidate a solid identity within the contemporary Regional Mexican movement, connecting with both new generations and the traditional audience of the genre.

The brothers currently reside in Los Angeles alongside their parents and three sisters. Outside of music, they share a passion for football, a reflection of the unity and discipline that characterises both their personal lives and their artistic project. Their journey from performing at local markets to building a catalogue of certified hits demonstrates the compounding effect of consistent work over time. They didn’t arrive through radical transformation or overnight success. They showed up, wrote songs, performed, and gradually built a base of loyal listeners who respond to the authenticity in their work.

Projects like Bendecido reflect their artistic maturity and commitment to music that originates from genuine emotion. The album showcased romantic and reflective themes that demonstrate their versatility and musical depth. It wasn’t an attempt to chase trends or manufacture relevance. It was an honest expression of where they were as artists, and audiences responded accordingly. That same approach carries through to “Me La Paso”, a single that continues their narrative without forcing a dramatic shift in direction.
