Pepsi Parlour is bringing ice cream floats, limited-edition merchandise and a dose of early-noughties nostalgia to Dukes Lane for one weekend only.
Just when you thought Brighton’s summer could not get any sweeter, Pepsi is opening a free immersive ice cream parlour in the heart of the city.
Taking over a space in Dukes Lane on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 August, Pepsi Parlour promises a playful mix of retro styling, unusual flavour combinations and plenty of opportunities for a suitably nostalgic photo.

The pop-up marks the arrival of the new Pepsi Ice Cream Zero Sugar flavours, which will be transformed into a menu of ice cream float-inspired drinks created with gelato from Creams Café.
Visitors can choose from three combinations: the Cherry & Vanilla Sundae Swirl, Raspberry Ripple Sundae Surprise and Salted Caramel Sundae Soda.
It all sounds slightly chaotic, deeply sugary and very much designed for anyone who remembers when low-rise jeans, flip phones and inflatable furniture were considered the height of sophistication.
Alongside the floats, visitors can take part in a Freezer Lucky Dip for the chance to pick up exclusive Pepsi Ice Cream merchandise. There will also be an immersive photo moment for those who like their refreshments accompanied by something ready for Instagram.

Admission is free, but this is not an event you can casually wander into while shopping in The Lanes. Visitors must reserve a timed ticket in advance, with no walk-ins being accepted.
Each ticket admits one person for a 15-minute session, with slots running throughout both days. Guests are asked to arrive five minutes before their allocated time.
The experience is open to those aged 16 and over.
