4. Shipping Address

Southern and London Times is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us at info@saltmag.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. Please provide photos of the damaged package and the damaged items. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@saltmag.co.uk. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
